What king of disease could it be?

Hello,
I became sick 9 months ago: I felt extremely tired, had stiff neck, joint and muscle pain, fever and some dizziness periods.
The pain became extremely intense about 3 weeks after the beginning of the disease. I could barely walk for 2 months, with many periods of intense dizziness.
Then the pain slowly decreased until early June but finally came back, along with light body erithema, dry mouth, red eye, and fatigue.
I have been seeing many physicians (infectious disease, internal medecine and rheumatologists) but the only thing that they could find on my biological tests and radiograpies was high albumine and some periods of low blood pressure.
Would anyone have an idea?
I have not been able to live normally for about 9 months and I would greatly appreciate any help.

I googled again and saw that high albumin is associated with dehydration.  Thinking about this more, I encourage you to see another rheumatologist.  It is possible that you have a sero-negative condition.  This means your labs will be negative for the disease although you have it.  It does make getting a diagnosis more difficult.  Please hang in there and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Thank you very much for your help.
Indeed it was 'albumin' instead of 'albumine'. There is actually no detail on the report. It only states that my albmin level is high whereas alpha 1,2, beta and gamm globulins are fine.
Before this disease I haven't had any medical problem (I never went to the hospital) and there are no specific disease in my family. Most people are very healthy.
Thanks again.

Welcome to the forum!  It is very frustrating to have undiagnosed symptoms.  The symptoms are real and impact our lives greatly.  Sometimes you have to keep going to more and more doctors for second opinions until you get the answers you need.  You mention high albumine, did you mean albumin?  That refers generally to a protein.  Do you know which protein was high?
If you have not already done so, I would suggest that you compile a detailed medical history for yourself and document the medical history of your relatives - even great aunt's and uncle's and cousins if you have or can obtain information on them.  This may help the doctor's isolate an disease or disease family of interest.
Please do not give up.  It could be that you are developing something and the test results have not caught up with the effects on your body.  Be your own advocate and do not stop pursuing a diagnosis.  While you go on this journey, we are here to help you in any way we can.
