What's causing my locking joints?

So, I've had mono for almost a month now. It's made me a lot less active than I usually am. So, when I started noticing that both pinky fingers were starting to lock up, I thought it was just due to my lack of movement and really only being on the computer all day or sleeping. Now that I've gotten a bit more active, I'm not so sure anymore. The joint locking is painless and mainly in my pinky fingers except for after I sleep, then it tends to impact more fingers. I noticed that there are some fingers I can't lift completely. They either only lift with another finger or they just barely lift at all. I have a wrap that I use if I notice the locking is getting worse and it definitely seems to help a lot. Accompanied by all of this, I've noticed that in my back and my ankles, I've been getting feelings similar to trapped air bubbles in the joints, if that makes any sense. These feelings are painless as well and only happen when I move them a certain way (like stretching out my back). My family has a history of joint issues as well as arthritis. I'm just wondering what anyone else thinks this could be? If any of these symptoms persist after this week, I'll most likely be scheduling an appointment with my doctor to get their input.

Thank you!
