Hi lovebitesyou.

The Antinuclear antibody (ANA) test when postive-usually when the titer
is higher than 1:80- and the pattern shows minute speckles  it is normally associated with SLE, Sjogren syndrome & scleroderma.
Note that this test is only indicative.
Diagnosis of the above conditions must meet the diagnostic criteria  from various lab test results and clinical findings.

It some kind of blood test to see about inflammation in your body,
