Please help

Last year I had an abortion and I'm really scared that I won't be able to have children of my own someday... Please let me know if this is true and or things I can do to help get pregnant for the future like vitamins or supplements please help thanks

A history of abortion does not mean that you will not be able to carry a baby in the future. If there were not complications, there is no reason to believe that you will not be able to become pregnant. Pre natal vitamins and folic acid are important for any woman considering pregnancy. They help with the baby's development.

Before I was with a guy who got me pregnant and I told him and he told me to get an abortion because his mom wouldn't let home keep it and I was moving and I couldn't look after it by myself... Now I'm with a fantastic guy... I have support and I can raise a baby because I'm more mature and I've looked after a few recently... I know it makes little to no sense but it's what I had to do and every day since I've felt bad and I've always wanted a baby but my ex was a bit of a d***
