Why have i got tingling and numbness in my arm?

Ok so i have dislocated my shoulder quite a few times, some of them i have to go to the E.R and some i put back in myself, and have recovered very well after each time apart from the last time. Since then (june 17th) when i move my arm away from my side / abduct it  anymore then about 30 degrees i got a horrible sensation of tingling and numbness shoot down my arm into my hand and i physically can't lift it anymore then that or hold it in that position for any longer the 10seconds.

Does anyone have any clues why this is happening and what to do about it?

Please help

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

You need to see an orthopedist who specializes in shoulders.  Multiple dislocations can do damage to the shoulder joint itself, the muscles, tendons and nerves that are in that area.  You need to be evaluated to see what is going on.  I would not wait too long since you don't want to cause any further damage to the shoulder.  Good luck.
