What can I take to increase my chances of conceiving?

You can ask your doctor for some ways to help you conceive. The thing that helped me was after intercourse, lay on your back and use a pillow to prop your bottom up as high as you can. Lay in that position for about 10 minutes. This helps the sperm swim to the egg easier. It really helped me. After doing that twice, I got pregnant! I am now 19 weeks. The best of luck to you. I would recommend trying what I did first and then if that doesn't work, talk to your doctor. I hope this helps. Good luck once again.

If you are looking for help with conception, I recommend that you speak with your doctor about your options. Often, the doctor will want you to try for at least 6 months without intervention. If at that point you have not conceived they will look for reasons you have not and prescribe appropriate treatment to improve your chances of conceiving.
