overdose and allergic reactions

i took 10 adderalls 20 mg tabs in the last 48 hours and i am experiencing the follwing things and i need to know why and what it means.....burning sores in my mouth and on my tongue..inside of nose is burning..skin burning sensations all over..blistered/swollen lips..feelings of crackling in ears,mouth,neck,and red marks rashes on face and neck...i know its a long list but i need someone to tell me if this means im overdosing or what...what do these things mean???

hello i don't really know how to use this forum thing, i just saw overdose so i clicked i recently took an overdose 2 days ago i took paracetomol prozac ibeprofen asprin and some other drug that i found i had quite a bit of each and i'm experiencing headaches shakyness fuzzy eyes tirness i was sick a little yesterday and i feel so tired and headachy but i don't want to die anymore and i'm scared but i can't tell my parents or anybody!!!
so can i do anything to make this all stop?

What are you taking the adderal for?  Is it prescribed for you by a doctor?
