Should i be worried that im 4 weeks pregnant and my period just came on yesterday.also when i took a pregnancy test it said negative but when i took another one it said positive.

I would recommend that you see your doctor. Some women get a light period early in their pregnancy when they would normal expect their period. This is due to hormone levels not yet being high enough to completely suppress it.

Go see the dr honey but I know a whole family who gets there menstrual even while there pregnant
