Bald patch caused after truama

I am an African American, I wanted to know is there anything on the market I can buy to help cure my bald patch. I have had it for 10 years but this is the only time I am trying to cure it. It was caused by me slipping on fire extinguisher fluid and falling straight on to my head, soon after wards a large bump formed on the area which I had hit my head then after hot compression hit a towel the bump went down slowly (about 1-2 weeks) after that a small bald patch appeared about the size of a penny. And  here I am 10 years later and I want to try and solve the problem before I go to University any suggestions will be appreciated.

It is suggested to continually use them, as any new growth will be lost if you discontinue using it.

You can try over the counter products such as Rogaine, NuHair, or Avacor before going to see a doctor. Please note it could take up to 4 months before you see results.
