Hello again,

In an earlier post I suggested that you make an appointment with a doctor.
From your comments, perhaps you should see an allergist as well to have a skin test done. Where I live, your doctor has to make a referral to an allergist.  I have allergies and asthma too. It is hard to find a solution to a problem without knowing what you are allergic to.  I know what I am allergic to because I went to see an allergist a number of years ago and he gave me a skin test.  Due to the fact I know what I am allergic to, I can try to avoid these things as much as possible. I think a skin test administered by an allergist could help you too. With all due respect to umrao, you could be allergic to wheat or gluten in which case you shouldn't be eating wheat.
I hope my suggestions have been helpful to you.  Eve

Hello Sindhurayarao,

I just finished reading your comments. If you haven't been to see a doctor,
I would make an appointment to see a doctor in Mumbai. I hope you feel
better soon.  Eve
