Asthma symptoms constant for the last month

I started having trouble breathing about a month ago. It’s constant! I never get a break! Has anyone had this before? I have been given a rescue inhaler but I heard it’s bad to use more than twice in one week. If I could I would use it everyday! I also have had sinus problems this summer, constant post nasal drip and trouble breathing through my nose I have a cough and my throat will on and off feel swollen. I’ve had a ct scan and X-ray it’s all normal. When they listen to my lungs it’s clear. I’m so confused and scared constantly feeling like I can’t breath. Please help me figure this out! I’m having a pulmonary function test this week and seeing a allergist. Has anyone ever had constant never letting up asthma attack like symptoms? What did you have? How did you make it better?

I read this forum, the Severe asthma attacks can be life-threatening. Work with your doctor to determine what to do when your signs and symptoms worsen — and when you need emergency treatment.
