HEAT WAVE

Hello everyone.

I just wanted to remind everyone to be sure to carry your inhaler on you at all times, especially in the widespread heat wave.  I heard on the news about a young person who dies swimming because they had an asthma attack.  They were swimming in a like or river.

This heat is hard on anyone, but those with chronic illness, like asthma, are much more suseptible to it.

Stay safe, hydrated, and CARRY your inhaler with you.

How are you coping with the heat and what are you temps?
We hit 108 today with forcast highs above that later in the week.

God bless.
