Burning sensation in throat, neck, esophageous, nose, lungs and breast

I really think I have an autoimmune disease, but I don't know which.  I'm not sure who else to see at this point.

I have a myriad of other symptoms too, but no definitive blood tests with the exception of
+ANA homogenous & speckled at times
+ACA
C Reactive Protein 20.4

I don't know who to see.  I have tried prilosec for about 4 months but then I started getting diarreaha with heart palpitations so I had to stop.  I take gaviscon on occassion.

The only thing that seems to help me is eating cold ice chips and sometimes expectorant.

Does this sounds like sjogrens?  Can you have sjogrens without the positive blood tests??  Who else should I see?  Another Rhuematologist??

Thank you so much.

Susan
