Could it be by thyroid?

I have been working with my doctors for the last year and a half, trying to get my thyroid levels straightened out.I do have hashimotos hyporthyroidism. It has been a bumpy ride and things have not always gone the way I thought they would. When I started medication I thought that my symptoms would start to go away, but I was wrong. They would start to get better and then out of no where they seem to get worse. I am currently on 0.112MCG of Levo. Where I am getting at though is out of no where I will have times where I will sleep for 2 full days at a time. I will be dead tired and sleep all day and all night. Could this have to do with my thyroid is any way? I have an appointment with my doctor here in October and I want to bring it up to him because this just started the last 3 months and it will happen maybe once a month. If you have any ideas please feel free to share. Thank you.

I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis too. I do fine on T4 only but you may need to add T3 as well to resolve lingering thyroid symptoms. Your fatigue may be due to other conditions too. Depends what other symptoms you have to help with possible causes.
