Could migraines be related to my auto immune diseases?

Hello, I have SLE Lupus, Behcet's and Hypothyroid. I have been experiencing migraines for years. The doctors have tried the anti-seizure meds on me but I don't tolerate them. My doctor won't let me take beta blockers because of a severe reaction to them. I currently am on amitriptyline, but it doesn't prevent them well. I currently take relpax and it does well but they only want me to take it 3 times a week and I'm having daily migraines. Is it possible the migraines could be from my auto immune disease and would the treatment be different? If not are you aware of any other preventive meds available? Thank you!

Hypothyroidism and migraines are closely linked, since:
Low temperatures may be one of the main factors in  leading
the brain tissue to swell, thus causing the migraines.
Hypothyroidism is responsible for low body temperatures when under-regulated or un-regulated (diagnosing AND monitoring thyroid function is frequently incorrect, due to flawed standard tests-which DO NOT test for thyroid function but rather only circulating thyroid hormone levels in serum!
I suggest you get your Free T3, Free T4 and Reverse T3
levels checked.  Ask and INSIST for these 3 tests!
Your SLE and possibly your  Behcet's maybe consequences of long-term under-regulated low thyroid function.
ALL of Dr Barnes' patients who had been treated for
Hypothyroidism by taking NDT (natural desiccated thyroid)
NEVER developed Lupus and the ones who had been diagnosed with Lupus already, did not have any further organ involvement , upon starting the NDT treatment
with Dr Barnes.
Please do not leave it to chance, nor to your doctors, who  are often responsible for the decline of their patients health.
If you need any further details, let me know.
Best wishes,
Niko
