Are these diseases normally hereditary or more likely with family history of?  Does your son have any other symptoms?

Hi and welcome to MedHelp

Have you posted this in the MS forum?

I am not sure about your question.  It appears that both disorders affect the central nervous system.  Myasthenia gravis is characterized by rapid muscle fatigue w/ repetitive tasks, while MS causes blurred vision, loss of bladder or bowel control as well as difficulty walking.

Is Ocular MG the same?
