DX w/ Sjogren's Syndrome, in pain since May-present....I need opinions...PLEASE!!

My name is Lisa. I am 45 y/o. I was dx w/ SS in April 2016 via a barbaric lip bx. I was sero-negative. I'm not 100% sure my lip bx was read right but that's another story for another time. I am on 200 mg Plaquenil BID & Evoxac 30 mg TID.

I have been sailing along nicely until recently. I was in Esthetician school (and doing quite well), we all (a bunch of students) went to Nashville the end of April, for 3 days to a hair & skin show. I was the oldest one there but I felt like I kept up with everyone just fine. But after we got home (starting around the first of May) I started having pain in both my hands. All 9 of my fingers hurt & both of my thumbs hurt! And the days my fingers don't hurt both of my thumbs are hurting. Or both of my wrists are hurting. And when my fingers, thumbs & wrists aren't hurting I feel the bones in both my lower arms start aching, like from the inside.

I have a Rheumy in Jonesboro, AR (just shy of 2 hours away from me one way). She is great but I can't get to her when I need her all the time. Like right now. I called her this past Monday to see if I could move my appt up from Sept because I am in so much pain. Her nurse returned my call, the next day.  Asked a few questions. Then stated that she would let my DR know & then let me know if my DR would ALLOW me to move my appt up????? WHAT????

I need help!! I can't take this anymore!! I need relief!! I am on Mobic, 15 mg once daily, but I usually only take it Aug-April. Because the colder months is when I usually hurt the most. But not this year. I have been on Mobic since last April. I take it with food, first thing in the morning, and it still upsets my stomach. I have tried taking it every other day. But it still bothers my stomach on the days I take it. I need to see my Rheumy to find out what is causing this pain, to get some relief that won't upset my stomach & get a dx for this pain, if there is one.

Am I being unreasonable? Since IDK what is going on with me, or my current Rheumy......I found another Rheumy about 30 minutes away from me (one way) and I see her on 7/26. Since I have not heard from my current Rheumy's nurse with a new appt, I'm assuming I'm not allowed to move my appt up SMDH.

Thanks so much in advance if anyone answers this. I hope this makes sense to someone. I am in so much pain & typing this is excruciating & taking a while so please excuse the typos...I just can't go back & correct them. So sorry :(

P.S. I am also on Effexor, & Topamax for a mood disorder.....my wonderful hubby is trying so hard to help so he did some research & found that Effexor & Topamax could cause joint pain. Anyone have any experience with this?
