Spreading numbness, tingling itchy sensation and more, ran out of options... :((

I'm a 46 y old man.
It starts a year ago in April with a numb point just above my right upper lip . In one week I got two more numb points, one in the upper cheek close to the ear and one in my chin.
My primary though is Bell Patsy, but after a month (in June) it was still there so he sent me to do a brain MRI but came back normal
After another month I saw the first neurologist, he did an EEG test (normal)  and order another MRI (brain and neck) and sent me to an ENT.
In September I start feeling a slight dizziness also my left eye start twitching  very often. The second MRI comes normal too, the ENT order a balance test for my dizziness (normal).
In October I start feeling the numbness on my left side of my face too, also I start feeling pins and needles in my fingers and toes.
In November I went to an oncologist neurologist, he order a full spinal MRI and full body Xray, ,in December I did a lumbar puncture ... all came back normal.
He sent me to another neurologist for an EMG test, he found a pinched nerve.
In January starts the itching, all over, like a general urticaria, the skin got red bumps and my joints especially the elbows became painful and very warm on touch,  the allergist give me Xolaire shots (but by today -April) I still have itching episodes, he recommend me an rheumatologist.
Starting February I start feeling like I have cobweb on my face, nose and scalp and also a feeling like I have socks on my foots, and the sock feeling is going upper and upper by time. Today is over my knees....
I saw the rheumatologys this month, he order tests like lupus, lyme, ANCA, ANA, IGA, IGM, IGG, etc but all came back normal...
I'm feeling so depressed, I had something that is spreading in my body  and nobody can see it...
I will appreciate any suggestions.
