T- cells, B- Cell testing

Hi, My immune system has been attacking my body. Skin, hair, etc., very severe over a decade of triaging. Age 47, female. In 8 days lost all my hair after the vaccine.

No Dr. seems to know how to test for advanced T- Cell, B- Cell and cytotoxic T cells- eg. CD8 or T helper cells CD4 to analyze the cell responses. I have been very sick after the vaccine and a decade ago after prednisone.
Platelets are coming back normal. They are missing the testing for ADVANCED ( as above). Bone marrow biopsy is to painful. Had 6 already. The keep doing basic testing. Do I need a DNA test? Clearly autoimmune, no rocket science but the investigation needs to go much deeper medically into the science as to which B and T cells or ???? Help Please- Rheumatology says there is nothing. Endo- clear, Hematology- clear

Hello and welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question but am sure you are frustrated.  Your Rheumatologist won't test your T cells and b cells?  Can I make a suggestion that you see an immunologist? https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/what-is-an-immunologist  Perhaps you would have better luck there.  Here is some basic information for our readers. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/autoimmune-disease-why-is-my-immune-system-attacking-itself  Can you share with us what this looks like for you?

Thanks for the response, I have video and timelines. Plus this happened about 8 years ago after a prednisone toxicity. It looks like DRES Syndrome. My skin is clear now after my own treatments. However because the vaccine caused the immune response it means, as far as I know there is a disconnect in the body attacking the tissue. Canada just seems so far behind, Mayo did not give nay suggestion as to what to test for. IT takes 6 months to see IMMUNOLOGY.
