Worried about autoimmune hepatitis

I am 19 years old going to be 20 in 2 months and back in November I got an ANA test and it came positive I'm not sure what the numbers are but my doctor said it was quite high. For the last 3 years I have has weird feelings like my knees both get hot and red and get rashes on them, my eyes sting some time, my blood pressure gets high a lot and I have a fast heart rate and I get the chills and my hands fall asleep easily and also my hands and feet get cold but I was worried about autoimmune hepatitis cause my vitamin d came out low and lately my stool has been a lightish brown and my stomach rumbles a lot like right after I eat. My doctor said my liver function tests came out good and didn't show a concern with any problems with my liver but she tested for a bunch of autoimmune disorders and all came negative. Is it possible they could of checked for auto immune hepatitis along with the rest? Someone please help me I been real worried about this I'm scared of autoimmune hepatitis.

I have no idea why you are so concerned about autoimmune hepatitis.
There's nothing in your posts that suggests this.

What are you doing for the low vitamin D?
I hope you are taking a high dose of D3 supplement, like 5000 UI or more.
There are just too many health issues associated with low vitamin D, so there's no need to go into very lengthy investigations, if this is not corrected.
The body has vitamin D receptors everywhere and BTW vitamin D is a Hormone affecting about 300 genes and numerous functions.
This is something which should not be taken lightly!

Another thing you can try is magnesium supplementation.
Some of your symptoms like fast heart rate may have to do with low magnesium.
Magnesium is by far the most important mineral in the body,
One of the best forms is Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, in a 25gr/L
solution with spring water and dose is 125 ml sipped slowly and repeated every 6-8 hours. Don't be deterred by the possibility of mild laxative effects. It is quite normal and it would be only temporary.
As an adjunct for even higher absorption would be to do transdermal magnesium oil treatments every couple days.
magnesium oil = 1/2 magnesium chloride flakes + 1/2 water.
After dissolving, put in spray bottle, spray entire body minus sensitive parts, leave on for 20' and then shower.
Very fundamental/constitutional remedy with many health benefits!

if you have any questions, let me know.
Best wishes,
Niko
