any luck treating?

I have had four blood clots now in the last little over five years from my APS.  Anyone with any good suggestions or anything that has worked to alleviate the problem with yourself regarding this disease?  Seems I barely recover from one clot and another comes along.  I won't be able to handle this indefinitely.  Anyone with any good suggestions.

My mother (God rest her soul) had APLS d would get clots frequently, her doctor put her on a blood thinner. Which did seem to manage the clots well, however she did have to go for frequent blood tests to constantly adjust the cumididn/warfarin (can't spell med names to save my life) (blood thinners) so as not to thin the blood too much or she could bleed out. I would ask your Dr. about that option if you haven't already.
Good Luc!
I also want to ask your advice on getting off of suboxone. I have been on it for over 5 years now. My Dr. prescribes me 3, 8mg strips a day ! And I take half I the morning , half in the afternoon. I have a very supportive wife and 3 wonderful kids and I am the main source of income for my family so it is imperative I do this in a way I can still function enough to work. The suboxone is stripping away all my drive and ambition and is starting to effect mine and my family's life .When I spoke to my Dr. about it his answer was to up my dose, told me that I should stay on suboxone and even tried putting me on MORE drugs. That's the last thing I want ....more drugs. I don't even like taking advil any more. I have a STRONG disliking to all drugs now I continue to go to him out of convenience. I know I can cut the dose down myself, I was just looking for the best way to do this with as little discomfort as possible to try not to miss any work .
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance ,
Dan Sr.

I also have RA, Raynaud's Phenomenon, Fibromyalgia and now Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome.  I could really use some good suggestions if anyone has any.  These clots are killing me from the APS.  Have ulcers from the Raynaud's so the typical RA meds are out of the question due to infection.  Driving me nuts when one time blood work is normal, the next time it's off the charts.  Any ideas?
