Yes, I know that feeling all too well, too But we do have to press on to get the right help since the docs have so much to do, it would be real easy to send us out the door with no solutions and forget us. We, on the other hand, have to reside in our bodies :) so we must be our own best advocates if we can :)
Hope you get answers,
blessings!
I've never have my vitamin d checked.
I'll be sure to talk to my doctor when I see him this Wednesday. Is great to get all this helpful information to ask my dr about. I feel so helpless with all that I have going on. I sound like a hypochondriac everyone I go into the dr.
I think I may be pre-menopausal. I'm not to sure.
Thank you is nice to know im not the only one.
Hi there,
So sorry to hear of your ailment. (I too am a proud granny, btw).
What you described does sort of sound neurological. As you can see by my user name I have had some issues with nerve damage and interference. I also have bone spurs on my spine along w/ cysts and degenerative discs but interestingly enough many of my nerve symptoms diminished with improving my vitamin D levels which were found to be very low probably for a long time.
Have you had your vitamin D checked? Vitamin and mineral deficiencies are more common than we sometimes anticipate and they can cause not so nice problems.
Feel free to read my journals at my profile in case something there is helpful to your situation.
God bless,
Rhonda
Are you in menopause? I have this started in menopause. I also have a very bad back herniated disc slipped discs bone spurs that also can cause it..
Of course anxiety doesn't help. I'm in my 50s and I can barely walk and get up in the morning from the stiffness and pain and I get those shakes a lot almost every day just wanted you to know you're not alone.
