Erythema nodosum or something else?

I was diagnosed with Erythema nodosum a couple of months ago, at this point I’ve had it about a year. It’s not painful anymore after the medication I’ve taken, but the lumps are still there and are still not the same colour as my normal skin. I read that they usually stay for 6 weeks but mine have been there almost Over a year and I’m not too sure where to go from here! It started when I was 16 years old and I’m now 18.
