HELP!

This all began when i decided to have an old tattoo covered up with something pretty for my daughter.....About 2 months ago, i sat through a very intense 3.5hr tattoo session. During this time, i had my head off to the side for atleast an hour straight and when i went to move it, it was extremely stiff and sore, but i managed to keep moving it back and forth to help. Anyways, after it was all said and done, i felt perfectly fine other than the stinging from the tattoo. 6 hours later, my husband was cleaning it for the first time and i ended up getting a major wave of dizziness and not feeling well and hit the floor. I was only out for a few seconds and when i came to i knew what had happened and felt perfectly fine other than thinking, whhat the heck just happened there. My husband said i had briefly convulsed while out. I had chalked that up to just the shock to my body from the tattoo and called it a night. The next day i went into work feeling ok, went out at lunch and when i came back, i was sitting at my desk and this wave of dizziness and not feeling well hit me again. This time i was able to control it and not hit the floor but i was very shaken up and had major cold chills. I had my mother bring me to the ER. they did an ECG, bloodwork, and chest xray and the results all came back normal according to them other than something in my ECG. They referred me to a cardiologist and for a holter monitor. Since then, i have been in and out of the ER 7 times- dizzi spells, numbness in my arms at random times, heart palpitations, sharp pains on my mid left AND right sides, etc. Ive had a CT angiogram done and numerous blood work, all was in the clear. I also need to add that i was diagnosed a few years back with Gilbert;s Syndrome and Hashimotos Hypothyroidism. The only thing that has showed up in my bloodwork is my TSH was once at 6.79 in hospital, but is now back down to 2. My bilirubin for the past few years has been hovering around 45. but is now at 67. I have since seen the cardiologist and he is thinking that i have LGL syndrome but is doing further testing to see if it is WPW. When this initially began, my family dr put me on antibiotics just incase i had an infection from the tattoo. I have since also developed GERD which am being medicated for and it seems to be helping. I have also had an upper GI series done, EEG, and ultrasound on my abdomen and am waiting for the results. The heart palpations rarely happen now, its more of the sharp pains on my left and right side that are bothersome, and also i have been having a hell of a time with my neck since this started. It gets sore half way through the day and i also have pressure that comes and goes on the back of my head. please help! i feel like this is just so complicated as there are so many factors and im worried that they are looking in the wrong direction.

Just an update- abdomen ultrasound was clear as well as upper gi series. We are starting to  think it's from the Gilbert's syndrome

If I had known that prior to getting it I would have passed without a doubt:( I have two other tattoos that I had gotten years and years ago before having these autoimmune diseases and never had issues so I didn't think anything of it. Deep down I feel the same tho, that it's the autoimmune problems flaring up. The only way to describe how I feel when I have these symptoms is that it feels
Like my body is attacking :S. I just got my ultrasound results on my abdomen as well and it all came back clear.... I'm going to do more research on POTS tho- thank you for the suggestion

Honestly sounds like your autoimmune disorders have flared up from the tattoo. Its recommended us autoimmune people skip tattoos since they can kick our system into over drive. I'm waiting for answers regarding mine,I get the same heart stuff you mention, pressure in the had and etc. Have you heard of POTS syndrome? Might be the heart and dizzy issue. I've been diagnosed with that. It comes with alot of autoimmunes. Well best of luck. This sorting out process is so trying..
