Hi forum

Have been feeling generally unwell for quite a few years with a lot of joint pain, been suggested it could be fibromyalgia.
Last year had a stage 2a melanoma  removed
January this year start getting really fatigued with more pain in mid back ,neck and hips(feels like a constant dull ache). Also have been bringing up a lot of phlegm and it’s green in the morning, rashes keep appearing then disappearing like small bits of petchiea.
Couldn’t  get doctors appointment, so paid privately. Had chest X-ray that was normal, bloods came back and white blood cell count was 5.0(lower end being 4.0) red blood cell count 4.46 (lower end being 4.5) and IgA was 5.65 g/l ( lab range .7 - 4) haemoglobin 138 (low end 130). Doctor said nothing to worry about ,but still have cough ,phlegm ,fatigue, rashes and pain allover back with tender ribs. I’m 48 male. Has anyone had anything like this in autoimmune disorder
