Minor Psoriasis

I was diagnosed with minor psoriasis about 2 years ago overall it doesn't bother me that much but I have been accumulating more little patches on my arms groin and face... they come and go but are itchy... the Dr prescribed me 1 percent cortisteroid cream it helped by they keep retu
rning... what should I be doing daily for relief

Cerave Psoriasis that is.

I use a presciption clobetasol and try to keep skin moist. Cerve Psoriasis is good for that.
