My insides vibrating

Hello,

My entire body has this slight vibrating sensation. Almost like i rubbed my hands together really fast and there is that tingling sensation, except its inside my body. I feel the most when im laying down. Iv never realised it was there.

Then i had surgery and they gave me strong pain meds. When they gave me the meds that was the first time the vibrating stopped and I felt better than i have in years. Im not sure what it is, but now that i know its there. Its uncomfortable and notice a significant difference if take a strong pain killer.

During the time the vibrating is gone and i feel better than ive felt in years. I dont want to rely on pain meds to feel normal. Any ideas what it could be? Sometimes the vibrating is so strong i cant sleep.
