large oval patches

My 14-year-old daughter has large oval patches appearing over her body for the past month. She gets one every day or every other day in a different spot. They do not itch or become raised. The start out red, ooze a little bit and then crust and scab over. They look like abrasion or road rash. Do not know what is causing it. Have been to four doctors and they don't know. Had a biopsy and they said it indicated hives but I'm concerned it is something autoimmune. She also has pain occasionally under right rib. Spots have occurred on her chest, shoulders, back, hand, under eyes, and thigh. Had blood test done and bilirubin was elevated above normal range and epi cells 11-20 in urine.
