low platelets, enlarged spleen, portal hypertension

In my CT scan shows that I have low platelets enlarged spleen, portal hypertension, oesophageal varices, shrunken left lobe liver. I had a liver biopsy done it shows that my liver is okay. Please help me.

Thanks for bringing that up yes enzymes are normal for the liver and pancreas.
