need help understand blood test results

hey everyone, i was wondering if someone can please let me know what my blood test results means. I just got blood taken last wed. and all my results came back so i decided to see what my doctor was testing for.. Well this showed up on my results. I have fibromyalgia and other health related issues. I just want to know if I also have lupus or not. If someone can just give me a yes or no answer I would gratefully appreciate it. Thank You!
