scared and want some answers

i am 26.  i have had alot of female issues in the past.  in 2007 i had my last child.  i have never been the same since.  my left ovary cramps all the time and the lymth nodes?  around my bik. area do too .  i have a bad discharge that wont go away after being on 7 antibiotics.  in 2007 i started losing weight.  i have always stayed around 125.  i lost to 115 and didnt think anything of it. i stayed there a while but began to get more tired all the time.  i started losing more and more from then to now.  i go months without a period.  when i do get them they are very heavy.  my hair is falling out in clumps. i went to my ob/gyn.  he really scared me when he saw my stomach.  his voice totally changed . he referred me to an internest.  he said that he thinks i have some type of autoimmune disorder.  all of my blood work is normal.  so what is going on.  i knoiw something is not right.  i eat more food then a 250 pound man and weigh 90 pounds.  i was wondering if anyone has ever gone through this.  i would really love some advice.  thankyou for yor time.

I would highly recommend also seeing an Endocrinologist. One of the tests that your Endo should check is your A.M. cortisol level and your other hormone levels.

Good luck !

Did your gyn run any scans?  It is important to rule out anything ovarian related.
