some autoinmune illness?
Hi doc,
I have been suffering differents symptoms after have sex with some girl. Fever, rash, swollen glands, neck and shoulder pain, fatigue, lack of appettite, etc. Obviusly after that I thought about hiv or other STD, but I have a negative Elisa after 6 month and negative results for others STD. My doctor said I have nothing, but I still feel sick. Could this be an autoinmune illness because of the stress or something? I tested for reumatologic issues, neurologic, etc, and nothing, but my white blood is low, thats why I still think in hiv and I still have symptoms, could be autoinmune?

You could still have a STD, even with the most common STD infections ruled out.
With your S/S I would check additionally for Chlamydia p. or Chlamydia t. or Mycoplasma species (M. pneumoniae, M. fermentans, M. genitalium, M. hominis are the most commonly found Mycoplasmas associated with sexual transmission). Such infections generally progress slowly and eventually involve many tissues and organ systems yielding multiple, systemic S/S.
There are, of course, other possibilities as well.
