Brady and Tachy from POTS? Affect of high NA diet on labs

I am 60 yo with a recent tentative dx of POTS syndrome.  After a bout of recurrent fever this past summer I developed severe weakness, light headedness, slow foggy thinking,  and more recently, severe headaches upon standing or sometimes just sitting up. I also had a couple of episodes of tightness in chest, sob, and substernal pressure . Stress test with echo (done with meds) neg except mild aortic sclerosis.  30 day holter showed repeated bouts of bradycardia and tachycardia. and a "wide based supraventricular tachycardia with mophology change" on it.  I am a nurse and to me these look like runs of V tach.  I am wondering if these other abnormalities are also associated with POTS and whether they will make it more difficult to find a medicine to adequately treat me?  I also had elevated chol, HDL chol, and trygycerides and low protein and albumin.  I am wondering if the high sodium diet could be throwing these off and/or if the low protein and albumin could be making it problematic to keep enough fluid in (though I have some edema.of fingers, feet, and eyes. Also I am wondering what tests should be run next..the tilt table?  Thanks.
