Investigating autonomic dysfunction

Hi, i suffer from diagnosed essential tremor and mild autonomic dysfunction (AD). In fact i experience orthostatic intolerance, hot/cold intolerance, digestive problems, excessive sweating, psychological symptoms and tremors.
What i notice is many symptoms go practically into remission with intermittent fasting, for example fasting 17 hours and eating in a 7 hours window time.

Now, ET is correlated with some degree of hypothalamic dysfunction, and hypothalamus could be easily related with AD. Also, it's being started to notice the relationship between gut and brain, as it is happening for Parkinson's - microbiota link. Fasting also seems to ameliorate several neurological conditions.

The question:
Has anyone ever noticed improved symptoms on fasting? Has someone developed AD after gastrointestinal infections or particular GI symptoms?
