Need Doctor

My daughter was seeing a doctor at Cleveland Clinic who retired. It took a long time to get an appointment there. Currently, she has no one managing her care for POTS. Is anyone seeing a good doctor there? We live in Virginia. My daughter is now 23 yo. She has been stable on her meds, but is now showing signs that she needs some adjustments/further testing. She is very fortunate and has been able to work for almost 5 months. I don't want to lose the progress that has been made. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
