Particularly if you are having problems with blood pooling in your legs, you may notice that heat exacerbates your symptoms, as blood vessels dilate in response to heat.  One thing you can do is make every effort to avoid heat exposure (being out in the sun, hot showers, soaking in hot tubs/baths, etc.).

What did your doctor diagnose you with that he pot you on Toprol?  Have you been given a tilt table test yet?  If your doctor has no idea what to do, is he planning on giving you a referral to a specialist like a cardiologist?

Thanks for the information on the Hospital, I have never heard of it, but I will look for it and try to find a Dr that will treat me.  I went to my general Dr. yesterday and he has no idea what to do. I am still feeling a lot of symptoms like fatigue, shakiness ,blood pulling in legs, etc.  I have been drinking a lot of water and increased somewhat my salt intake, i am taking Toprol and using compresing stokings, they help some, some of the time, but I was just wondering if anyone has any more tips on what to do.
Thanks

I think halbashes meant Shands Hosital, not the name of a specific doctor.  (Correct me if I'm wrong!)

http://www.shands.org/

It's known to be a top hospital in both cardiology and neurology, so you should be able to get diagnosed there I would think.

If you are having trouble obtaining a proper diagnosis, I'd recommend seeing a Cardiologist or Neurologist at a teaching hospital.  Have you tried Shands?
