SOS, may I have Pots?

Hello, my name is Peter and I am 22 years old. The last two months I suffer from orthostatic intolerance. When I stand up I feel dizziness, instability in walking and headaches. When I lay down, I also feel dizzy. I have been much stressed my whole life(I had many psychosomatic symptoms) and a psychologist told me that I suffer from anxiety disorder. I never knew about POTS until I saw some information in the internet. I did many exams and everything was OK, but when I asked for Pots no doctor knew about it. My cardiologist did me a stand test and I had a heart rate increase of 30 or 33 when standing but he told me that I'm tall and burly and that's normal. I don't know what to do, anyone knows about POTS in my country( Greece) and I am totally frustrated, Tell me some opinion, please.
thanks in advance

Read back on the other questions on this site and you will find several people that have it and  am direct you to help. Just stay on this site but look back or put POTS in the search box. It will be ok. We are all here. Your anxiety could have been caused by POTS all along. You might not have an anxiety disorder or psychosomatic disorder. But instead your doctor misdiagnosed and you have POTS all along which effects your fight or flight mechanism and causes anxiety. Just check with others on this site. There is even a naturopathic medical person offering to help! Just hit the previous button from this page and he is several pages back on previous pages as we all are asking questions about our health and specifically POTS.

The natural healing person is Narobi69. I also found him 5-7 or so pages ahead.
Just click NEXT and find his post from March 14th if I remember right. I wrote him a question too.
