Systemic autonomic dysfunction- need advice!

Hello! A year ago I was diagnosed with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy but now we don’t know if they’re non epileptic or epileptic seizures. My MRI shows white matter hyperintensities in the occipital/periventricular, frontal, & right cerebral peduncle. I have orthostatic hypotension, orthostatic tachycardia, arrhythmia, & vasovagal syncope. I have eczema, rhinitis, and have had hypersensitive immune reactions to 3 AED’s. Recently, I have had asthma episodes from cold weather & reflux after eating. My seizures are triggered from hormone changes & everything has progressively gotten worse since the start of it all 2 years ago. I am already seeing several doctors but tests have been inconclusive so far. If you have any idea about what could be causing all of this please let me know!!
