I am in need of some research (peer reviewed and published) on the long term effects of near syncope in people. I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and experience on average 10 near syncope episodes per day (loss of vision, loss of balance, loss of ability to communicate, etc). I'm sure this many near syncope events daily must have a negative impact on a person's brain and such. Any help or points in the right direction are much appreciated!
