no BD on ovulation day
Has anyone gotten pregnant when they only had intercourse the two days prior to ovulation and nothing the day of ovulation (or after).
It is entirely possible. Those little swimmers can last for 3-5 days, where as the egg for only 24 hours. So "they" say it's best to BD before O'ing! You're right on target!!

Thank you for that. I was worried as we bd'd two days prior to ovulation and then hubby is out of town for the week. Gosh I hope I'm pregnant this time. I just started using preseed as I thought maybe I was lacking in CM so I hope this does the trick this time. Now I get to spend the next two weeks looking for all the pregnancy signs again (as I do every month) lol.

We bd'd the day before I got my positive opk, then I left to go out of town. I'm 20 weeks pregnant now. So yes it only takes once before ovulation to get prego.
