4 years after second back surgery sexual prob. started

My first back surgery was a partial disk ectomy which the Dr went in by hand to operate this may be normal to go in by hand but my pain doubled afterwards. I fought through the pain for 5 years till finally going to a different surgeon who had to perform a fusion with bolts and rods. This surgeon told me I’d never be able to work again at least not a physically demanding job. I still have great amounts of pain down both legs in lower back and left foot is always numb. It’s been at least 4 years now and I recently started having sexual problems such as not getting an erection that is firm enough for sex. I definitely can’t have an orgasm. I’ve had my testosterone my PSA and other hormone levels checked with all in perfect range. I’ve been on the same medication for depression for years without problems. I’m in the process of getting to an R.A doctor because of every joint from ankles to neck tingles at night at a madding level. Then during the day every joint aches.
Could this be from the fusion coming loose or a type of arthritis? I’ve never heard of an arthritis causing ED or the lack of ejaculation or orgasm. I’m 40 years old and in the last 6 years I’ve been able to loose 115 lbs. I’m still 40 lbs overweight. If anyone has some idea I would appreciate it very much.
