Serious headaches and neck pain

Focal left paracentral disc extrusion at C3/C4 resulting moderate left lateral canal stenosis, abuttting and minimallly distorting the left lateral aspect of the cord. C6/C7 demonstrates mild degenerative disc disease resulting in mild canal stenosis and foriaminal narrowing. I am on Nucynta ER 200mg, Nucynta, Valium for the headaches that everyday melodic am and methocarbamol. I had need surgery in April of 2011. I had a discectomy surgery at C4-C6 levels with infusion, but still have the neck pain can this be from my recent report. I need answers.

I'm not really qualified to say whether or not you need surgery,

I asked you if you were willing to have another one because, after my 1st, I still had a lot of pain, but the last thing I wanted was to go through all that again. You know what I mean, it's scary and the recovery is rough.

I didn't  see anything really serious in your report,but again I'm not a Doctor. Hopefully your Doctor can come up with a plan to help you get rid of your neck pain and headaches.

I'm not ready for another surgery. The pain is bad I have headaches every day. Had so many nerve block, occipital nerve blocks. On two pain meds Nucynta ER, Nucynta, neurontin, Mobic, Robaxin. Do you think I will need surgery again?
