Could this be heart related?? Please help

Hi, I'm a 30 year old female, pretty healthy and fit (I'd say). Yesterday all of a sudden I experienced a squeezing pain in my heart. It felt like someone was squeezing my heart in their fist and it had a hart time beating, therefore it was painful. This would take place for 3-5 minutes for total of 40 minutes. It was this weird pressure in the left side of my chest.  I wasn't active at that moment, in fact, I was just standing. Towards the night time I felt better but then all of a sudden a felt a sharp (not too intense) pain by my left shoulder blade. I was really scared and thought I might have been having a heart attack  or something. As of right now it has been 24 hours since that incident with the pain. My shoulder blade pain is back, but it comes and goes and it's not too intense. I'm kinda freaking out a bit at this point. Here's some things to consider about me. 1-I have been pretty actively exercising for the past 3-4 weeks. 2-I do occasionally suffer from anxiety. 3-my dad has a heart problems. Any advice or answer would be greatly appreciated.

It could be a heart problem, but not likely at your age. However, if you are concerned, go see a doctor and get examined.

most likely -- you had a muscle spasm somewhere around your shoulder blade.

In the mean time, you can check your blood pressure and pulse, both of which can help indicate heart problems.
