I have painless, soft lump on my neck.

I am 29 years old woman and got a painless, soft lump on the right downside of my neck. When I press it, it goes in. I went to the doctor but she said it is okay, just got swallowed from infections. I got this lump like two years ago and now it looks like there two one smaller above the first one. I am not quite sure if it is lump or more like bump. Is it something I should be worried about?

Most likely what your doctor meant was that it was either a lymph node reacting to fighting something off for you (that's how our immune system works and the lymph nodes react when we are doing that and will swell a little) or you have a little cyst.  Is it gone?  I get things like this from time to time.  If you had it checked by doctor and they were not concerned, I'd not worry. If it gets larger, then get seen again.  If it doesn't go away by the next time you have your physical (we should get one of those every year), then have it rechecked then.  good luck
