hello I have a question about my back

I have just found out I have pretruding discs in ly lower back and I am too the point that I cant even pick up my 10 month old.. Should I get the surgery done as soon as possible?

I would stay away from a chiropractor if you have a herniated disk. They can make it much much worse and cannot fix a herniated disk. If one manipulation goes wrong it can cause a lot of damage that could require surgery.

Have u thought about trying a chiropractor? They really are very skilled at working with the muscles, soft tissue, and bones of the back. I wish u well

You should really try every conservative treatment before thinking about surgery. Surgery can usually be avoided with things like PT and injections.
