Moving Pain

First of all I was diagnosed with a UTI and after 3 bouts of antibiotics, I still have this infection.  Have had this for 1 month now.  It doesn't feel like a UTI.  However, I am bloated, pain moves around my back, pelvic area, sides, hips, upper stomach.  I have had blood tests and x-rays and it shows nothing.  Going for MRI Oct. 30.  I am absolutely miserable and don't know what to do.  Does anyone have this type of problem?  I feel like a have some type of parasite that's moving inside me and eating me up.  Please help if you can.  Thank you

I forgot to mention the headaches.  They are horrible!!!  Also, I just turned 50 and am in menopause and an absolute stress case.  Wondering about Adrenal??  Going to get saliva tested too.  Thank you.
