Multiple hemangioma

I recently had an MRI on the lumbar part of my back.  I have bulging discs in all 5 discs.  I have Hemangiomas in L2 L3 and L5. Small annular fissures in L3 L4 and L5 S1.  Protruded disc in L5S1. What needs to be done?  I can't do my daily activities any longer because I'm in so much pain and my primary care docto r refuses to help.
