Need Urgent help re: RFA, Scoliosis and Haemangioma of the Spine.

hi, I have a scoliosis affecting T4-T7 and my Spine Specialist and Neuro advised me to go for RFA. how effective is RFA to address my nerve pains? Another question is what could be a treatment/preventive modality for my recent MRI result :"haemangioma on T8 vertebra extending towards the pedicle". I need enlightenment please before I would undergo any procedure.  by the way, i am a single, 38 year old female.
