Nek and shoulder blade pain, drunk feeling, eyes dry

Hello,

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place but I don't know where else to put it. I'm a 19 year old male.
I've been having problems now for almoast a month. It started around 23 february when I had some pain in the back of my head and I had ringing in my right ear. The following days I had a bit of pain in my neck and then headaches. The headaches are less but can still occur. I also have a drunkish feeling and unstable feeling that at times gets worse. A couple of days after my problems I went to my GP he took a look in m ear and it was ok and gave me some magnesium pills. I have had problems with earwax buildup for years and have to clean my ears every couple of months. I also have I think TMJ, my jaw always clicks, ever since I had braces. This drunken feeling I have been having a year now sometimes less sometimes worse but these days it has been the worst. I also have trouble with what seems to be dry eyes and have had this problem before but also now it's bad at times. A wierd thing is when I'm eating especially at dinner I have trouble focussing my eyes on the food. Also had that problem before espacially dinner parties and stuff (TMJ, anxiety?) . Anyway even with these problems with my ear I never had the tinnitus, it's also anoying when a loud sound happens or a car passes. These days I'm also having pain especially in my right schouder - blade that seems to when it's bad go to my arms and at times like the feeling when you bump your elbow against something (nerves?). I also have a pressurve feeling in my head and at times it seem to have trouble swallowing, shaky and seems very unhandy but not so severe. I feel more tired and have a little bit of pressure sometimes and the top of my nose too. My neck also seems to kind of tremble/shake at some time but that has also gotten a bit better. I also hear cracking/crunching noises at my back and neck and so on. At the end of february I had a blood test and my heart checked for something else and it was al fine. I'm at the moment jobless and spent alot of time behind the computer but that has been much much less now with my problems. I now have an apointment with a orthopedist next week. I've been having this for almost a month now and am at times afraid I might have something severe like a brain tumor or chiari. I guess googling my problems doesn't help. Sorry if some sentences are weird and for any spelling mistakes.
Any idea what this can be? Thanks!

OK, you describe many diverse symptoms, some relevant, some not. Dry eyes -- everybody has them at certain times.

You need to see neurologist -- there's something going on withyour, and at this level, a neurologist is the best choice to discover pieces of the puzzle.

Best wishes.
