i didnt know what category to put this under. please i am desperate for an answer..... My problems started when i got really sick with a very bad sinus infection which turned into and upper respiratory infection and bad ear infection. it didnt respond with anti biotics and i was in and out of the hospital i had fever , vertigo dizzyness extreme ear pain couldnt walk i was to dizzy. well throughout the course of this i developed excruciating neck pain in the back of my neck and up the sides and severe headaches with dizzyness .. The infection finally went away. But it is now 2 months later and i have excruciating neck pain right in the back of my neck like the middle of the neck down my spine. the pain is so bad it burns and feels like my head is being ripped off i cant sit or stand and can hardly lay the pain is so bad. on top of that i am dizzy and have just started getting tingling and numbness in my right arm down to my thumb and pointer finger and my right leg my foot is numb i can barely walk ... does any one know what tghis could be? i am desperate i dont have a life anymore i struggle to make it thru work then its straight to the couch i am in so much pain..... please anyone have any clues?

Your symptoms are very similar to mine, I have a pinched nerve in my neck and I believe that's where my burning comes from, but before that I was at work and suffered vision loss (very blurry) they said it was ocular migraines but I have suffered w/chronic sinusitis for years. Sounds like there's a connection but I can't figure it out and neither can docs. Grrrrrrr, very frustrating but I wish you luck, please let me know if you ever get dx. Thanx
